| Evil, Sil Magician |
Trans folks, please beware of silicone injections. It is a dangerous and life threatening practice done by folks who are not medical professionals. I liken these people to those evil magicians one sees in the movies where the naive are lured into the magician's tent with promises of eternal beauty and prosperity. The magician hypnotizes these unsuspecting victims with "success" pictures. They use themselves as models of what can be achieved. The naive victims have seen others who have been transformed. The magician seals the deal for a few hundred dollars and with cash in hand the "pumping party" begins. The magician never shows their ugly, evil side. The "party" doesn't turn ugly until the magician is long gone and the "client" is on their own. Picture Medusa and magnify her vileness by one thousand and you have the perfect picture of the magician.
Injecting gel silicone directly into the body leads to disfigurement, infections, pneumonia, and death. There is no guarantee the syringes neither are sterile nor is there any guarantee the substance being injected is gel silicone. I know of cases where the silicone was purchased at home improvements stores. Yep, it is very possible caulk is being injected with a non-sterile needle in a non-sterile environment!
There may not be immediate health issues with silicone gel injections. There are long-term issues. Silicone migrates and hardens. The results are devastating. The hardened silicone appears as huge tumors and/or leaves pock marks as it migrates. Lumps appear where they shouldn't be. Lips, breasts, and buttocks sag or even worse migrate.
The body's immune system is always fighting the foreign substance. This leaves the individual susceptible to all sorts of infections including but not limited to HIV - AIDS and in its most deadly forms. Open wounds seeping with infection are not uncommon.

| WANTED: Page Victoria Windslowe - AKA - "Black Madam" |
Transgender singer Black Madam wanted in butt-enhancement death
Cops in Philadelphia are searching for a transgender hip-hop singer who goes by "Black Madam," a suspect they say may have performed a back-room butt-implant procedure that killed a British woman this week.
Police said Black Madam, whose real name is Page Victoria Windslowe, may have performed the botched butt-enhancement Monday, Feb. 7 at a hotel.
Windslowe, 41, is suspected of injecting a substance believed to be silicone or similar substance into the buttocks of 20-year-old Claudia Aderotimi.
Shortly after the the reported procedure, Aderotimi, an aspiring singer, was taken to a hospital where she later died.
According to an incident report, a woman with Aderotimi also received the butt-curving shots, but did not fall ill.
Little is known about Windslowe, other than her Facebook claim that she's a classically trained musician and runs a successful "adult services" business.
Law enforcement spokesmen said Saturday Aderotimi likely died because the needle nicked a vein, allowing the butt-enhancing substance to enter her blood.
It is illegal to inject silicone into the buttocks, even by licensed professionals, police said. Legal backside enhancement procedures commonly involve fatty tissue transfers and implants.
Investigators seized more than 40 pieces of evidence from Windslowe’s apartment, Thursday, Feb. 10.
Police have not specified what was found in the home. However, detectives were looking for syringes and anything that could be linked to illegal injections including silicone and glue-- which is sometimes used in place of silicone in back-room procedures.
Linking Windslow to items found in the home would result in charges from performing illegal medical procedures to practicing medicine without a license, cops said.
If Aderotimi’s death can be linked, Windslowe could be tried to murder.
“(Silicone gel) goes through your vascularsystem and lands in the lung,” Philadelphia police spokesman Lt. John Walker said. “Since it's a gel, it will pile up like a rock. If that's truly what happened, it's a murder charge.”
Walker said Aderotimi was coughing and became unable to breathe before she died. She reportedly paid $1,500 for the butt injection.
As of this report, Black Madam has not been located.
