Imagine sitting in your living room, firm in your almost unconscious awareness that you are who you were born to be, glued to the television as a handful of strangers determine if you are equal to them.
While impassioned speeches and declarations of solidarity go on for hours, a group of 38 men and women sit in almost silent judgment, determined to enforce their will that you are not.
For whatever reasons, these strangers who were entrusted to represent their communities and lead New York State blindly chose politics over people, religion over rationality and fear over fellowship.....
