Equality California to Open Office in the Inland Empire
Local Organizers Will Build Support for Marriage for Same-Sex Couples
WHAT: Equality California (EQCA) is opening an Inland Empire office as a part of its effort to restore marriage rights for same-sex couples through on-the-ground organizing. City of Riverside Mayor Ron Loveridge will be joined by EQCA Executive Director Geoff Kors, Equality California Institute Board President Gary D. Soto, and Inland Empire Field Managers Demi Espinoza and Gabe Gonzalez in welcoming community members and supporters into the space that will serve as a meeting place for local and regional grassroots meetings, leadership and canvass trainings, and phone-banking. Light refreshments will be served.
