BANTON HATE CANCELLED IN DETROIT

Thanks for stopping the Murder Music You said NO and the Majestic Theatre group listened! Triangle Foundation is pleased to announce that the Buju Banton performance scheduled for next week at the Majestic Theatre in Detroit has been canceled. Thank you to all those who contacted the Majestic Theatre group expressing your disdain over Banton’s Detroit pending performance. The Majestic has been friendly to the LGBT community for many years, and they expressed that they wanted to do the right thing. The owners have given us their ear and now we’d like to help them. The late notice cancellation of Banton’s performance left the Majestic with large fees and an open evening.
